Clear Rules. Fair Use.

By accessing or using ZEQAT, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use ZEQAT
• If you're under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms with you
• You will comply with all laws that apply to you
• Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms

You create an account with only a username and a password. No phone number, no email, no real name. ZEQAT issues you a 7-digit ZQID and a 24-word recovery phrase.

• One account per person
• You're responsible for keeping your password secret
• You're responsible for safeguarding your 24-word recovery phrase
• Report unauthorized access to your account immediately

ZEQAT is designed for private, lawful communication. You agree to use it in ways that respect other users and the platform itself.

• Use ZEQAT for lawful purposes only
• Respect the privacy of other users
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the platform or its encryption
• Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without our written permission

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

• Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse
• Distribution of illegal content, including CSAM
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Impersonation, fraud, or identity theft
• Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Using ZEQAT to facilitate human trafficking or the sale of illegal goods

Your use of ZEQAT is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect the minimum needed to run the service and never sell your data.

• Message bodies encrypted with X25519 + AES-GCM
• We can see metadata (who you message, when, from what IP) — but not content

ZEQAT owns the platform's code, design, logos, and brand. You own whatever you create and upload.

• ZEQAT retains all rights to the platform itself
• You keep full ownership of your messages, files, and content
• We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use ZEQAT
• You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the platform

Pro and Diamond are paid plans, billed in USDT (ERC-20) on the Ethereum network. You can choose 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. Payments are processed on-chain — no card, no bank.

• Pro: $5 USDT / month  •  Diamond: $15 USDT / month
• Referral codes give the buyer 30% off and credit the referrer 30% of the gross
• Referral credit is auto-applied at checkout if you enable it
• Referral codes are single-use per buyer

Because crypto payments are on-chain and final, we handle refunds case-by-case rather than automatically.

• Duplicate payments: fully refunded
• Wrong amount sent: balance credited to your referral credit
• Service outage exceeding 7 days: prorated credit
• Change of mind: no refund on already-activated time
• Account banned for ToS violation: no refund

Refund requests: billing@zeqat.com with your transaction hash and ZQID.

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Delete your account: Settings → Account → Delete Account
• Deletion is permanent — user row, files, and avatar are removed
• We may suspend for ToS violations without prior notice
• Sections that by nature survive (IP, liability, dispute) remain in effect

ZEQAT offers optional security features that restrict how and where you can sign in.

• Device Lock: binds your account to one device — other devices cannot sign in
• Trusted Devices: PIN login only works from devices you've approved
• Silent Dual-PIN: a second PIN can trigger armed destruction on login
• If you enable Device Lock and lose the device, reset via your 24-word phrase

ZEQAT is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

• No warranty of uninterrupted service
• Not liable for loss of access due to lost recovery phrase
• Not liable for user-triggered armed destruction
• Not liable for on-chain payment errors (wrong network, wrong address)
• Maximum liability limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes — anything that affects your data, your payment obligations, or your rights — we will notify you inside the app before the change takes effect.

• Minor edits (typos, clarifications) take effect immediately
• Material changes are announced in-app before going live
• Continued use after a material change means you accept the new Terms
• If you disagree, delete your account before the change takes effect

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZEQAT operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where local consumer protection law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.

• Disputes handled by good-faith negotiation first
• If negotiation fails, binding arbitration in ZEQAT's jurisdiction
• You may bring claims in your local courts where mandatory law allows
• No class actions — claims handled individually
